In der App (sofort)
Öffne pickture → Profil → Zahnrad oben rechts → Konto löschen → bestätigen.
Per E-Mail
Kein Zugriff mehr auf die App? Schreib von der E-Mail-Adresse deines Kontos an getpickture@gmail.com mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“. Wir löschen dein Konto innerhalb von 7 Tagen.
Was gelöscht wird
Dein Konto, Profil (Name, Benutzername, Profilbild), Bewertungen, Merkliste, Freundschaften, Lieblingsstars, Lobby-Daten, Meldungen und Geräte-Tokens für Benachrichtigungen – vollständig und endgültig. Es werden keine Daten aufbewahrt.
Delete account
In the app (immediately)
Open pickture → Profile → gear icon in the top right → Delete account → confirm.
By email
No access to the app anymore? Email getpickture@gmail.com from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete account”. We will delete your account within 7 days.
What gets deleted
Your account, profile (name, username, profile picture), ratings, watchlist, friendships, favorite stars, lobby data, reports and notification device tokens – completely and permanently. No data is retained.
